Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled shoot. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is received. Payment can be made via [PayPal, Square, Credit Card, Zelle, Cash App, etc.]. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 3 hours notice to reschedule a session. The retainer may be applied to a new date if notice is given in time. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session forfeit the retainer. BVFW Inc. reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or other emergencies. 3. Turnaround Time & Image Delivery Edited digital images will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the session. Images are delivered via private online gallery, Google Drive, etc. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. 4. Edits & Revisions Basic retouching (color correction, lighting adjustments) is included in the session price. Additional retouching or special editing requests may incur extra charges. Clients may request up to 1 revisions per image at no extra cost. 5. Usage Rights Clients receive personal usage rights to all delivered images. Commercial usage (e.g. advertising, promotional materials) requires an additional licensing fee. BVFW Inc. retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. Any delays may reduce the session time. If special props, outfits, or locations are required, clients must coordinate those in advance. 7. Confidentiality & Privacy Client images will never be sold or shared without consent. Private sessions (e.g., boudoir, product shoots for unreleased items) are kept strictly confidential upon request. 8. Liability BVFW Inc. is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other incidents that occur during the session. In the unlikely event that images are lost or damaged, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.
